Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you give us on this website. Vetruno is not yet live; the only thing this site does with your data is keep a list of people who asked to be told when it is.
Who we are
Vetruno is a compliance-tracking product being developed in the United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here. When the product launches this notice will be replaced by a full privacy notice covering the service itself.
What we collect and why
- Your email address, when you submit the "Get early access" form. We use it for one purpose: to tell you when Vetruno opens for early access, and to ask whether you would like to take part. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
- Basic technical data that any web server records when you visit a page, such as your IP address, browser and the time of the request, held in the hosting provider's logs for a short period for security and reliability. We do not use cookies or analytics scripts on this site.
Where it is held
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., and form submissions are stored in Netlify's form service and emailed to us. Netlify processes data on our behalf under its data processing terms and may store it on servers outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We keep the list in our own mailbox and do not pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until Vetruno launches and we have contacted you, or for 12 months, whichever comes first. If you do not respond to our launch message we delete your address. If you ask to be removed we delete it straight away.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Reply to any email we send you, or submit the form on the home page with the word "remove" and your address and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how we use the data described here we will update this page and, where the change matters, tell you by email first.
